Dr. Ina Loebert
Senior Economist
Dr. Ina Loebert has in-depth expertise in competition and economic policy, which she applies to the systematic analysis of regulatory interventions and their effects on competition, as well as to the development of policy options to promote and safeguard effective competition.
Her advisory work spans both the public sector – including federal and state ministries – and the private sector across various industries, with a particular focus on the audit market, food retail, and network industries.
Dr. Loebert studied economics at Kiel University (Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel) and Lund University in Sweden. She then worked as a research associate at the Institute for Economic Policy at the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg, where she also earned her doctorate.
